Loyal Canin Anti-Bark Collar Manual

Our collar features adjustable sensitivity levels, not adjustable intensity levels.

Which sensitivity level should I use?

Start with level 1 and gradually increase if the sensitivity level does not trigger the collar when your dog barks.
Never begin with a high sensitivity level, as the collar may activate even when your dog is not barking.
Position the collar at your dog’s vocal cords and ensure it is tightened properly (you should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck).

If these conditions are not met, the collar will not work effectively.

What if the collar doesn’t work for my dog?
In very rare cases:

Ensure the collar is properly tightened (you should be able to fit one finger between the collar and your dog’s neck).
Make sure the vibration probes are in close contact with the skin, especially for long-haired dogs.
If the collar is still not effective, switch modes regularly so your dog does not become accustomed to one mode.
Increase the sensitivity if the collar does not activate when your dog barks.
