Refund Policy

Our Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with the original tag.

If the products could not be delivered due to incorrect delivery information provided during checkout, we are not responsible for any exchange or refund.

If the package(s) have not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@loyalcanin.com so we can update your shipping address.

Otherwise, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the postal service in their country or city to arrange for redirection or address change.

To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed (2 to 4 days), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days (5 to 10 days depending on your bank).

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@loyalcanin.com, and we will provide you with the return address.

 

Shipping

To return a product, email us at support@loyalcanin.com, and we will guide you through the return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you choose free return shipping by opting for a gift card refund but later change your mind and request a refund to your credit card, a return shipping fee of $10 USD will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $69 USD, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not refund orders for reasons related to delivery time, as this is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions and FAQ.

 

Order Cancellation

We use automated warehouses, making it impossible to cancel an order once it has been placed.

To obtain a refund, you must follow the return process.
